  • How long does activation take?

    Once you place an order, PayPal will automatically send your order details to our servers. Once we receive these details, we will activate your UDID immediately and send you a confirmation email.

  • Why haven't I received my Order Confirmation email?

    Our server automatically sends out an email to confirm your order has been received to your registered PayPal email address. If you have placed an order and not received an email within 5 minutes, we recommend that you check your SPAM folder. If it's not there either, please contact us.

  • Can I use iOS 12 beta on another device?

    You may use iOS 12 beta on as many devices as you like, though you'll have to purchase UDID activation for each individual device. This is because Apple checks your devices UDID against their servers before you can install iOS 12.
    Once you've made a purchase, you can activate additional devices at a discounted rate. To access this offer, click here, then click "Activate Another Device".

  • How will I be notified of iOS 12 updates?

    Our primary means of communication for updates is on our Facebook Page. We advise you to 'Like' our page so you can be notified whenever we release information about new iOS 12 beta updates.
    We will also send out emails to all purchasers when a new beta version is available, though this can be delayed due to the number of recipients.

  • Should I worry about Apple disabling my device?

    No, once a UDID has been registered, your device will be eligible to install beta versions of iOS for 1 year. Apple's current policy states that they will not remove any devices associated with a particular Apple Developer Account, regardless of the account's status. Your UDID will only be disabled in the event of a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
