Order Terms & Conditions

When placing an order, you are agreeing to all conditions of this site, including, but not limited to, the "Order Terms & Conditions".

You, the customer, agrees that:

  • You fully understand these terms and conditions.
  • You also agree to the "Refund Terms & Conditions".
  • You will provide the correct UDID on the initial order, and we are under no obligation to modify your order should an incorrect UDID be provided.
  • You fully understand that should an order be later refunded, for whatever reason, we will remove the device's UDID from our internal database, as well as the Apple Developer Program. This will render any beta software on your device unusable. We accept no responsibility for loss of data in these circumstances.
  • You fully understand that should an order be later refunded, outside of our refund policy, we may report your devices UDID as fraudulent to the Apple Developer Program, rendering it unusable. We may also report your details to law enforcement agencies where necessary. This may take place without your permission.
  • You fully understand that we are under no obligation to assist you with installation of the software, or acquisition of required files. We will only deny such a request where we see necessary, and this will not affect your eligibility to other technical support.
  • You fully understand that, although we will make every effort to activate your device's UDID within our 'Current Activation Time', though there may be occasions outside of our control causing an unexpected delay. Where this is the case, we will attempt to update the 'Current Activation Time' as soon as is feasibly possible.

Refund Terms & Conditions

You, the customer, agrees that:

  • You fully understand these terms and conditions.
  • You also agree to the "Order Terms & Conditions".
  • You fully understand that once an order has been confirmed, we are under no obligation to cancel the order.
  • You fully understand that we may not provide a refund, in part or in full, for any monies paid towards the order.
  • You fully understand that if you experience any difficulties with the installation of new software on your device, we are under no obligation to provide support. We are also under no obligation to provide a refund, in part or in full, for the reasons of software faults.
  • You fully understand that we provide beta software, meaning it has not been approved for general release. Because of this, errors may occur. We will not provide any refund, in part or in full, for malfunctions of the operating system or loss of data.
  • You fully understand that we accept no responsibility for any loss of data as a result of using this operating system.
  • You fully understand that if you instruct the merchant to reverse any funds from the order, you are breaching the "Order Terms & Conditions" & "Refund Terms & Conditions", and as explained above, your device will be reported as fraudulent to the Apple Developer Program. This will render the device inoperable.

Definitions Used

By "ActivateMyiPhone", "We", "Us", "Our", we mean the ActivateMyiPhone website as a whole, and the ActivateMyiPhone business entity.

By "You", "Your", we mean the user of the website, customer of ActivateMyiPhone, viewer of content, and any other audience of ActivateMyiPhone.

By "Order", we mean a completed PayPal transaction, whereby payment has been processed fully by PayPal and has been paid into the PayPal account of ActivateMyiPhone. PayPal will automatically send a payment notification to our servers, only once payment has been fully approved and confirmed. PayPal transactions utilising the 'eCheque' feature will only constitute an order once the 'eCheque' has cleared. Such a time will be defined by PayPal. Activation will not take place until an order is confirmed as defined.
